Meet the Author
SCOTT FRANK
Scott has worked as a film and television producer and writer for more than 30 years. He earned an Emmy nomination for his work on a CBS children’s series, and an original program he and his partners created for Showtime received an Emmy and two Ace Awards. Making pancakes once a week at his daughter’s school, somewhere between the batter and the syrup, he found his love for creating stories that bring comfort and curiosity to young readers.
Scott has travelled the world writing film scripts and producing documentaries in China, Africa, and the Middle East.
Originally from New York, where he worked for the legendary news show, 60 Minutes, Scott earned his BFA from the California Institute of the Arts.
